Fees

26. Visitors can visit the Web site for free. Approved Subscribers may, in future, be subject to a subscription fee that is payable on a monthly or yearly basis. The subscription fees are subject to change, upon notice thereof being posted on the Web Site.

Governing Law

27. Any dispute, difference or controversy of any kind whatsoever arising out of the Web Site, this consent or its interpretation, shall be resolved in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The seat of the arbitration shall be Chennai, India.
